SEE your work with fresh eyes
When you’ve read your story several times and made your changes (if you haven’t made any big ones before now you’ll probably make them here) shut it away for at least a month. Then read it again, put it away, even if it's for a week, read it again and so on until you stop editing.
Because when the story is right, you WILL stop changing things. It’ll be as good as you can make it.
